This last month I’ve been slacking off on getting my workouts done. Usually I work out 4-5 days a week but lately it has only been maybe once or twice a week. I feel that with my schoolwork that there is hardly any time to get a workout done but I know that that is just a lame excuse. I am riding my bike pretty much everywhere so that helps a little to keep the weight off but my goal is to get more definition in my abdomen area and my arms and shoulders. With winter break I will be able to get back on track because I’m not going to break that promise I made myself and that is to never give up.
